What should I do if my passport is lost or stolen abroad?

You must report the loss or theft of your British passport as soon as possible to the local police and to the British High Commission in bangladesh. Further information on what you should do if your British passport is lost or stolen is available on the Identity and Passport Service website.

Form LS01: When you make the report to the British High Commission, you will also need to fill in and sign a lost or stolen declaration form LS01. You will need to complete the form in order to obtain a replacement passport. Please complete form LS01 in addition to the relevant passport application form provided on the Identity and Passport Service website.
